JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a creative firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitch Ci Atelier’s services, and close deals.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
• Client Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team on client status, project progress, and new business leads.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in account management, sales, PR, marketing or project management…, priority for agency experience.
• University degree in communications, business, marketing or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
• Project management skills, multitasking skills and good decision-making skills.
• A keen interest in creative industries and a passion for events, design, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva presentation…)
